Timothy Williams, arbitrator, educator, author, and speaker is a practicing dispute resolver with 45 years of experience as a mediator, ombudsperson, facilitator, fact-finder and arbitrator. Tim has worked to resolve more than 1,500 labor disputes, including discipline cases involving GOSSIP. He provides services to both public and private organizations designing and implementing dispute prevention/resolution systems.
